No, I don't believe the so called vaccine is the "mark of the Beast" however, it's clear that those days are fast approaching.
"And because lawlessness shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold." Matthew 24:12
My sister told me of some people on social media gloating over the death of a woman who was outspoken against the "vaccines" and that she's seen hatefulness from some professing Christians in response—that and the following quotes ought to be repulsive to any person who loves their neighbors. 

       “There is going to be a vaccinated economy, and you get to participate in that if you are vaccinated” Daniel Andrews

      "I’m sure a lot of people are not going to agree with this, but, umm, don’t get the vaccine, you can’t go to the supermarket. Don’t have the vaccine...can’t go to the ball game. Don’t have a vaccine, can’t go to work. You don’t have a vaccine, can’t come here. No shirt, no shoes, no service. That's where I think we should be right now." Don Lemon
